  • Tremendous Gift Card Templates: Prior to creating rewards in Gather, set up the desired gift card templates within your Tremendous account. For example, if you plan to offer Amazon gift cards, create a corresponding template in Tremendous. This ensures a smooth and consistent reward delivery experience.

Connecting the Dots: Setting Up the Integration

Now, let's walk through the steps to connect Gather and Tremendous:

  1. Navigate to your Campaign’s Rewards: Within your Gather campaign, locate the rewards section and select "from external service" under redemption preferences.

  2. Add Tremendous: Under ‘Redemption’ select ‘Transaction Services’ and the available connected external services will load. From the list of promotion services, click "add Tremendous" and then "connect to Tremendous."

  3. Authorize Connection: You'll be redirected to the Tremendous OAuth screens. Follow the prompts and authorize the connection. Importantly, you won't be asked for your Tremendous password, ensuring secure authentication.

  4. Integration Complete: Upon successful authorization, you'll be redirected back to the Gather redemption screen. The available Tremendous rewards will now populate.

Fill in the name of the promotion, select the Tremendous campaign type, enter the delivery method (email by default) and the value of the gift card for this promotion.

Click on ‘Attach to campaign’ to use the newly created promotion in your Gather campaign.
