How Gather Delivers Important Campaign Information to You
Gather notifies account holders of important account information through emails and through the Notifications section of your Gather Account.
In this article we share with you the notifications that Gather provides to you.
Campaign low on Reward Codes
To have a successful running referral campaign you need to ensure your campaign doesn’t run out of reward codes.
Gather automatically sends an email to the account holder when the number of codes available drops to 20, warning you that your account is low and new codes need to be uploaded.
This email is sent every time a referral is made as a reminder until the available codes reaches 1.
In addition to this email, Gather also has a ‘Notifications’ section, on the left hand side of your Gather account. This warning message will also appear here, as a new notification each time the email is sent.
By clicking on the notifications, you can view all notifications and mark off new messages as read.
No Rewards Remaining
If a campaign should run out of available rewards, to prevent disruption to advocates and friends, the campaign will be automatically deactivated by Gather. This prevents referrals being made without reward codes being issued.
If Gather deactivates a campaign due to no available rewards, Gather will automatically email the account holder, and a new notification will appear in your notifications screen.
You will also see that the campaign is not active once you log into your Gather account.
